“Writing Fatawa is not as easy as people think because it requires deep study of many years, observation, working hard, fond of researching and reading books, expertise in issues and criticism, God-given ability and capacity, tolerant and wisdom, to understand the objective of questioner, ability to understand the requirements of circumstance and many more important issues etc. The person who gives the Fatwa to the questioner in the light of books and from the collection of Fatawa, is not a Mufti. Rather, he is a narrator who has the common sense just for copying, because intellect is necessary for copying, which is also getting eliminated now.”
