Character and Peculiarities:
The signs of glory, courage, abstraction and isolation appeared on his forehead since childhood and the concealment, recluse and anonymous life was his peculiarity. He paid the great reverence for the Scholars and Sadaat (who belongs to the family of the Prophet “صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ و بَارَکَ وَسَلَّم). He generally used to refer to the righteous Scholars in the Shariah issues and he would send the people to get Fatawa towards the same Scholars. He would give the advice to all Dervishes to stick to the Shariah. He would emphasize to the revival of the Shariah and its preach more much than making Mureed. He used to make his Mureed after a long observation and examination. It was his dominated-love situation with Almighty Allah that he looked at whomever, he started writhing like a wounded rooster. If he had remained in his sense, he would have started weeping, otherwise he would get unconscious and he would not remember anything about this world. It was the state of his mercy and compassion that when the famine stroke in Lahore, he was over there at that time. He did not eat any meal for many days and whenever he was served any meal he would deny and say, “it is an injustice that people in the streets are hungry and I would fill my stomach, it would be an inappropriate act, and asked his followers to serve that meal to the people who are hungry.” He was not only kind with the human beings but also he was soft and kind with animals. Once, he woke up to offer the Tahajjud prayer, during his worship a cat came and slept over his quilt, he did not wake up her due to kindness. On the contrary, he bore the coldness of the weather and waited for waking up the cat and going from there itself. Two great and renowned Islamic scholars Imam-e-Rabbani Hazrat Mujaddid Alf-e-Thani and the great researcher Sheikh Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlviرحمۃ اللہ تعالٰی علیہما earned spiritual benefits from him, which is a sufficient evidence to highlight his excellence and sublimity. He held the post of the successor for two years. In this short period, a large number of people got his beneficence and appeared the lots of his blessings in the subcontinent Pak-o-Hind through him. Naqshbandiyah order was limited in these areas, eventually it became famous through his struggle.
